The successful candidate will play a key role in executing cutting-edge cancer proteomics analyses, and integrated validation using cell, spatial, and translational biology approaches.
This position offers the opportunity to work at the interface of state-of-the-art proteomics, spatial biology, and clinical translation, within a vibrant, highly collaborative research environment.
Key responsibilities:
Design, execute, and interpret advanced proteomics analyses (both Mass Spectrometry (MS) and Non-MS), including targeted and untargeted approaches.
Develop, optimize, and implement novel proteomics workflows/technologies for actionable proteome analysis.
Perform biological and translational validation of proteomics findings using: Clinical samples, cell culture, organoid, and/or animal models; Biochemical, molecular, and spatial biology assays
Conduct imaging- and mechanics-based validation, including techniques such as SHG, AFM or related modes.
Contribute to and support assay and prototype development for functional and translational readouts.
