We are thrilled to announce our new collaboration with The Metabolomics Society (MetSoc)! This affiliation means that we can look forward to a range of exciting activities and opportunities related to metabolomics and lipidomics. By joining forces with MetSoc, SSMS aims to promote the understanding and growth of metabolomics within the life sciences and related fields. Some of the upcoming events taking place at MetSoc, which we can participate in, would be the Metabolomics 2025 conference held at Prague.
Also there is an Affiliate Training Network where we are invited to go train within labs of all affiliated societies worldwide. However, only members of MetSoc will be able to request financial support from the MetSoc for a training opportunity. SSMS members who are non-MetSoc members can apply for SSMS Travel Awards instead to participate in this overseas training initiative.
SSMS labs are also eligible to participate in the training network by hosting trainees. For interested parties to host trainees, please contact info@ssms.org.sg for more details.
